I know you all have been waiting patiently for Above & Beyond Hair Salon to reopen after this pandemic. Thank you for your patience during this time as I try to navigate the opening as safely as possible. I look forward to servicing all of your needs. We know that many counties in the state have reopened, but Covid-19 has not disappeared. Before Covid-19, I already took Sanitation & Disinfection seriously by using EPA registered disinfectant. Additionally, I am certified with Barbicide for disinfection.
 

I know everyone wants to get in as quickly as possible however, there have been some slight changes to my schedule. I will be reopening on Saturday, June 13th, from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and will only have Saturday appointments available until further notice. Please take into consideration that I am a full-time student studying Business Administration at Strayer University. Also, I am a single mother to a 13-year-old child that can not be left to his own devices! Not to mention, I am taking classes to sharpen my skills as a cosmetologist, so I may stay abreast of this everchanging industry. Thank you in advance for your patience and support as I transition into a new season.


Below, please find a list of new salon safety rules and regulations:

 

·         Arrive on TIME 

·         Call or Text BEFORE Entry & Wait for a Response to Enter

·         NO EXTRA PEOPLE

·         NO WAITING in the Hallways or Common Area Benches

·         WEAR A MASK

·         WASH HANDS BEFORE ENTRY

·         NO COUGHS, NO COLDS, NO FEVER

·         NO BAGS, LAPTOPS, OR FOOD

·         DO NOT place personal items such as keys or cell phone on styling station or any other surfaces

·         NO CASH Transactions

·         ONLY CASH APP, PAYPAL OR ONLINE PAYMENTS

·         Late fees will be STRICTLY enforced

 

I trust that these guidelines will be maintained for our safety as a precaution against Covid-19. Please be mindful that these rules are NOT optional, they are required, or your appointment will be canceled. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, or a no-show fee of $25 will be due before your next appointment.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT POLICY:

 


A non-refundable Appointment Deposit of $25 is required upon scheduling. This Deposit secures your appointment slot & goes towards services. If the appointment is canceled and or rescheduled within the cancellation policy the deposit will go towards the next scheduled appointment otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hrs in advance.  We regret that we must charge a $25 service fee for non-canceled appointments and same-day cancellations.

 

As a simple courtesy to our guest that may be scheduled behind you, please arrive on time.

RETAIL PRODUCT POLICY:

We are proud to offer you high quality professional retail salon products.  Any unopened product with proof of purchase from the Above & Beyond Hair Salon may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

 

PRICING & SERVICING:

Prices are subject to change without notice and may be adjusted based upon the length, and density of the hair.

NO REFUNDS

We have the right to refuse service to anyone found disruptive or in non-compliance with the Salon Policies.

We have the right to request FINAL payment before the end of your service if necessary.

PAYMENT METHODS:

 

At this current time, we are only accepting Cash App, PayPal, and online payments. No Cash will be accepted.
